  We had a great experience with Fred when we bought our 2021 Ford Explorer Hybrid. From the moment we walked in, he wasn’t like a typical car salesman, very laid back, never pushy, and made us feel comfortable. He was busy helping another customer but still greeted us and said, “If you see anything you like, let me know.” We were interested in the Explorer and he tossed us the keys and told us to take it for a spin. No pressure, no hassle, just trust. That really stood out. After the test drive, Fred was helpful and kind, and before long we were driving it home for good. Later that night a warning light came on, so I texted him. He immediately told us to bring it back in, had it checked out, and reassured us that we were fully covered if anything came up. That gave us a lot of peace of mind. Overall, Fred was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re buying here!   We had a great experience buying from here. They were very honest and upfront on the history of the car. I did my diligence on the cars history and they provided vehicle history reports for me too. Answered all the questions we had about the car. Car was in great condition and well taken care of. Great pricing. Will definitely be looking here again when in the market for a car!
