  Details of my experience with this dealership — absolutely terrible. Worse than a bad deal - it’s a lesson learned. My wife and I visited this dealership to purchase a car and dealt directly with the owner, Kambiz, and her husband. They allowed us to inspect and test-drive the vehicle, during which we noticed several issues — faulty lights, loose interior fittings, and a missing roof rack mount. The husband was courteous and ensured all but one of the issues were fixed before we took delivery of the car. During negotiations, we agreed to purchase the vehicle at the asking price on the condition that they would order a replacement roof rack mount for us to install ourselves. They agreed, shook on it, and assured us it would be handled. They did order the part, but when it arrived, it was damaged (photos provided). We informed them, and they said they would file a claim. Instead of initiating a simple return or replacement, they went through a USPS damage claim. USPS sent a letter to both of us requesting the damaged item for inspection. Since I had the item, I brought it in, and USPS confirmed it was delivered damaged. USPS informed me that because I wasn’t the one who ordered it, only Kambiz could complete the claim and receive a refund. I passed that information along immediately. Since then, I’ve had no meaningful follow-up. I’ve repeatedly had to call for updates, and each time, I’m met with an employee who answers the phone in an unprofessional and condescending manner, I kid you not, she’s very rude. It’s been three months, and I haven’t spoken to Kambiz or her husband since the sale. Every request to speak directly to them is met with an excuse that they are “in a meeting” or “unavailable.” We drove hours to purchase this vehicle, which is the only reason I haven’t gone back in person to address this matter, but the complete lack of follow-up, accountability, and professionalism has been shocking. Once they had our money, the service ended. In my opinion, this dealership’s customer service and follow-through are worse than dealing with a thief — at least then, you know you’ve been robbed. If you value honesty, communication, and basic respect, steer clear.

  Me and my parents had a great experience buying my first car with VS Express Auto. Cecilia and Najva especially were so helpful and communicative. One thing is, do not try to communicate with them by email, just call them or talk to them in person. I think our emails got lost somehow because they didn't reply to all of them; but when we called them, Cecilia helped us work through the cost and process so quickly and efficiently we ended up buying the car the same day! Check out the car thoroughly before buying to make sure it is what you want, but if it is this is a reliable and genuine dealer. They don't add on $2000 of extra fees like "repurposing costs" like some other shady dealers, just simple document processing fee and a few small costs. They are very kind and real people. They even made sure to clean the car while we were signing the documents so it was clean and ready to go by the time we left. I am very impressed with their service. Love the people and love my car!!!
