I booked this company and confirmed with Tony on March 18th that we had an appointment for a 60 minute photo shoot for my daughters pictures for her wedding in Vegas on April the 25th we agreed on our meeting point and he received my payment through groupon. He messaged me today April the 15th ten days before my daughters wedding asking if I could do my photo session on a different day. I said NO I cannot reschedule my daughters wedding and he stated he had another wedding he booked for that day from 10 am to 10 Pm. I was flabbergasted that anyone would do business in this manner, I stated "so I guess your just going to give me my money back and I can now worry about a photographer last minute". He did not seem to care at all. This is no way to do business you shouldn't book appointments with people just to cancel at the last minute when something better comes along this 60 minute photo session does not matter to you but to me and my family it does. It is very unprofessional and he seemed nonchalant and careless even messaging me I could reschedule for another time while I am in town like WTH I will be there for my daughters wedding which you cancelled for a bigger wedding job....... I never write reviews but I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. I'm FUMING, I do not want to give even one star but I had to for my review to post.
Excellent service and result! I traveled to Las Vegas for a conference to speak, got the last-minute idea to see if I could get a videographer to record my presentation the next day, and reached out to Tony. He was prompt, friendly, arrived very early, wired me up, and made the whole process - from first payment to final delivery - absolutely seamless and easy. He even offered to interview me offstage as part of the package, and he sent a variety of still pics and clips in addition to the full video. Above and beyond! I'd work with Tony again and highly recommend him!
Tony does great work! He recorded and edited a music video for me and it turned out great. Affordable & great turn around time. Definitely recommend you book this company.
