Michael at Ford was amazing to work with from start to finish. He has such a great personality, is super helpful, and genuinely goes out of his way for his customers. I never felt pressured into anything, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. He made the process of leasing my new bronco and selling my old one incredibly easy and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!
Rocco was amazing. I am also shocked by how little time we spent in the dealership. Every single time I’ve purchased cars, it’s HOURS sitting there. At ford smithtown I was probably there a total hour and half, from negotiating price to signing and leaving with my new ford bronco. I really appreciated how fast and direct Rocco was. He was honest and gave me a great deal. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re interested in a ford. Not sure about all the negative reviews, our experience here was very positive!
