⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Smithtown Ford from start to finish. The entire team made the process smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. A special thank you to Jason Heyman and James Schwen for their exceptional customer service, honesty, and dedication. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I also want to recognize Anthony and Matthew for being incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Their teamwork and attention to detail truly made the experience enjoyable. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Smithtown Ford. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to my family and friends!
Knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. In and out with the car within a matter of hours. Rocco was great! He went over the car thoroughly with my daughter . We weren’t rushed. No issues and we love the car!!!
Michael at Ford was amazing to work with from start to finish. He has such a great personality, is super helpful, and genuinely goes out of his way for his customers. I never felt pressured into anything, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. He made the process of leasing my new bronco and selling my old one incredibly easy and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!
