  • We had a great car buying experience at Prime Dealer. Trey was so friendly, patient, and no pressure. We were out the door with our new Escape, after a lengthy test drive, in just a few hours. We would recommend this hometown dealer to anyone!

  • I'm rewriting my review after having the car for a week. I wish I had read the other reviews here before purchasing a vehicle but, unfortunately, I didn't. I had to take the car to a mechanic for some tire issues I've been having, as well as required maintenance (oil change). Come to find out they sold the vehicle with all four tires being almost bald, they're splitting, and they're the incorrect size. The mechanic informed me just how dangerous and reckless it was for them to sell a vehicle in this condition! After reading the other reviews, I'm thankful nothing else has popped up yet, and incredibly thankful nothing happened while I was driving it. It was not verbally communicated to me that 1) the tires were in this condition or 2) that the vehicle was being sold "as is." Meaning they're not legally responsible to fix these issues before selling the vehicle. They completed emissions AFTER I left the lot and I've yet to find out if it passed. That said, this vehicle did get me out of a bad situation with my old vehicle. It's in much better condition overall, despite quite a few aesthetic issues. However, I'm now incredibly concerned about the reliability of the vehicle and am having a full inspection completed. I'm only hoping it won't be worse than it currently is. I'm highly disappointed with the situation and hope everyone else ASKS QUESTIONS and pays very close attention. Update: After speaking with them, the response focused on why I didn’t call sooner (the issue was discovered after hours) rather than taking responsibility for the vehicle being sold with unsafe, incorrect tires. No reimbursement or effort to make the situation right was offered.

  • I had an amazing experience getting my very first car here and I couldn't be more thankful. I was stressing with doing everything for my first time & Josh was amazing and has been a huge huge help. I've had my car for 2 months now and everytime I've needed help or had any questions Josh was more than happy to help me out and answer them for me. Seriously a sweetheart and the coolest dude ever 🥹 I couldn't suggest a better dealership! My car is going amazingly and hasn't had a single problem since the purchase.
