  • I'm rewriting my review after having the car for a week. I wish I had read the other reviews here before purchasing a vehicle but, unfortunately, I didn't. I had to take the car to a mechanic for some tire issues I've been having, as well as required maintenance (oil change). Come to find out they sold the vehicle with all four tires being almost bald, they're splitting, and they're the incorrect size. The mechanic informed me just how dangerous and reckless it was for them to sell a vehicle in this condition! After reading the other reviews, I'm thankful nothing else has popped up yet, and incredibly thankful nothing happened while I was driving it. It was not verbally communicated to me that 1) the tires were in this condition or 2) that the vehicle was being sold "as is." Meaning they're not legally responsible to fix these issues before selling the vehicle. They completed emissions AFTER I left the lot and I've yet to find out if it passed. That said, this vehicle did get me out of a bad situation with my old vehicle. It's in much better condition overall, despite quite a few aesthetic issues. However, I'm now incredibly concerned about the reliability of the vehicle and am having a full inspection completed. I'm only hoping it won't be worse than it currently is. I'm highly disappointed with the situation and hope everyone else ASKS QUESTIONS and pays very close attention. Update: After speaking with them, the response focused on why I didn’t call sooner (the issue was discovered after hours) rather than taking responsibility for the vehicle being sold with unsafe, incorrect tires. No reimbursement or effort to make the situation right was offered.

  • They say they offer “in house” but once I arrived there, it seemed like it was just strategy to get people in the door, and then they turn around and try and match the potential vehicle buyer with an outside finance company/bank. They tried to push very very very hard to get a co-signer on the deal but they phrased it as “buyer supporter” or something gimicky like that. Then they suggested “don’t worry, you can just refinance later if you want to take them off the loan, “8 months later”. But they were vague and honestly sounded like they just wanted to get the car sold and just forget about it or the implications that the buyer could experience when trying to refinance later on. They said they wanted 50% down to do in house. But again, they don’t really seem to want to offer in house and instead push an outside bank very hard. This was my personal experience. It may be a different experience for others. But that said, I would rather not return to this place, especially when there are other options available. Maybe it is a non issue for you personally. Final note: If you have a weak boundaries, and are persuaded easily by others (not always in your best interests), I would suggest to avoid this place. Unless you’re fine with high down payment or most likely finding a co-signer if you go the traditional finance route. You may not need a co-signer though. Obviously your own personal situation, finances, preferences, or circumstances could drastically change how it goes dealing with this place, and it may be pleasant experience for you.
