The car is in excellent condition, I really liked the fact that they have a lot of cars and you can choose for any price category and for any taste. It was a pleasure to cooperate with you.   Unfortunately I naively thought that this was not a shady car dealership. I had the worst experience and got totally taken advantage of and robbed from this dealership. They sold me a car that yes, drove off the lot, and home, and on my first errand COMPLETELY died and almost caused an accident in the middle of the road. I towed it back to them less than 24 hours, not to mention I spent hours cleaning the disgusting inside that was wet, completely rotten and rusted from underneath the whole entire loading compartment from water, splattered with something gross, covered in dog hair… it’s no wonder they told me I needed to sign the contract before looking at the car… which should have been a huge red flag. I begged them to please allow me to cancel the contract (having to pay $500 restock fee $250 loan cancellation and $300 in credit card swipe fees) all for them to have denied that there was anything wrong with the car. I’m 100% certain they buy cars off the auction and put 0 effort to even attempt to redeem these vehicles that you hopefully do not fall into a trap of buying… please do not go here and avoid them at all costs for your own good. Lucy is sweet but her husband or something is a condescending, spiteful person who knew he was in the wrong and just made fun of me when I told him I am very concerned and did not want to proceed with purchasing a vehicle that died on me my first drive, almost causing an accident after just going through a really bad crash.. he just laughed in my face and showed me a stock image “look I take all the time to mountains” and it was very obviously a stock photo that he did not take of the vehicle. Do not trust these people at all.
