We recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience working with both James and Vlad. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions — and we definitely had a lot of them. At no point did we feel pressured, and they made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Since we just purchased the vehicle yesterday, it’s still too early for us to speak on long-term reliability, but based on our buying experience alone, we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
I had an amazing experience at North Star Auto Sales LLC and that’s thanks to Vlad. He was incredibly professional and genuinely knowledgeable about every vehicle I asked about. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Vlad went above and beyond to make sure I got the right car and the right deal. He was patient, thorough, and always focused on what was best for me. That level of care is rare. I’m grateful for the service I received and for Vlad’s dedication to making the entire process smooth and stress‑free. I highly recommend him and North Star Auto Sales, LLC
I'm amazed at how much everyone here is very attentive and very gracious while I'm here. They have helped me with my car getting fixed after I hit a deer in March. They are a Godsend to me. Angela and Vlad and the others are kind and go out of their way to help me. I was blessed with my vehicle a friend gave to me from here and they have very good cars for sale. Better prices than any other place. I recommend them to everyone.
