  NEW UPDATE: WHERE'S THE OWNER ? IVE NOTICED HE CHIMES IN WHEN ITS CONVIENT HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORK FROM HIM TODATE DONT BUY INTO THE CARFAX REPORT ITS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER THE REPORT IS CLEAN BUT THE OBVIOUS IS DIFFERENT IN MY HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE WITH CENTURY: THE 30 DAY WARRANTY THEY OFFER IS GARBAGE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT. MR JEFF WAS MADE AWARE OF TRANSMISSION ISSUES I WAS HAVING HE SENT ME TO THEYRE SHOP IN BETWEEN THE TIME I LEFT CENTURY AND GOT DOWN THE ROAD 5 MIN. LATER A CALL WAS MADE ABOUT ME AND MY COMPLAINT. AFTER TELLING THE SERVICE DESK MY TROUBLES, AND AFTER A CALL FROM JEFF TO THE DESK THEY WOULD NOT WORK ON OR HONOR THE WARRANTY !!! I WAS TOLD THEN THAT THIS WAS A RETAIL SALE AND THEY WOULD NOT WORK ON THE TRUCK. BECAUSE, I THINK OF THE CALL JEFF MADE TO THEM THE WARRANTY SAYS IT COVERS INTERNALLY LUBRICATED PARTS, WELL EVERYTHING IN THE TRANSMISSION IS INTERNALLY LUBRICATED. THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AND NO IM OUT OF POCKET ABOUT 5 GRAND TO PUT A NEW TRANSMISSION IN THE TRUCK EVEN THOUGH I WAS STILL WITH IN THE 30 DAY PERIOD AND TOOK THE TRUCK BACK TO THEM ALL BECAUSE I WOULD NOT TAKE DOWN THIS POST !!!!!! I’ll be honest about my experience and what I was told It’s only fair to us consumers to get a real picture of what you’ll maybe get into I can only add to this review of my experience After driving back to Dallas from Houston I spoke with Jeff who raised his voice at me and told me he wasn’t doing any further business with me I mention I was a repeat customer and have spent close to a hundred grand with Century. He told me he didn’t care if I spent that or any amount He then told me “if” I removed my review he would then maybe help me. I removed it. And went to century’s pro shop to get the truck looked at The person at the service desk called Jeff and after they’re conversation I was told me this is not under warranty ( but I’m still with in the 30 days ) And he couldn’t help me either tried to reach back to Jeff and he wouldn’t even respond back to me Run. Run. Run away from these people. They’ll lie to you to get the sake and as soon as you drive off the lot. It’s a whole different story At least it was with me.
