  • *Still waiting for a resolution, I'll update/change my review when/if it happens* My Husband and I purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from Elite Auto Sales on 7.19.2025. Due to technical issues with the DMV website, we couldn't bring the van home that day. We were promised a new touch screen audio system (that they paid for), that wouldn't be delivered for a few days. It was supposed to arrive on 7.23.2025 but it didn't come until 7.24.2025, we picked the vehicle up on that day. When I backed the van up to leave, I noticed that the backup camera didn't show up on the screen like it did with the old one. I thought that since it was a new screen, there was a setting I needed to change. We had driven an hour and half to get the van so we went home and I tinkered with the settings later. I texted Carolina, the Owner, on 7.25.2025. I expressed my disappointment and she seemed to be concerned. The last communication I had with her was on 7.29.2025. Today is 8.1.2025 and I'm no longer waiting to do my review. IF they do right by me, I will give an update. They bought a brand new touch screen for the van, THAT DOESN'T CONNECT TO THE BACK UP CAMERA! My Husband spent over $11,000 cash for this van for me and now I'm embarrassed that I even did business with them. This should have been a good experience, they were kind and seemed understanding in the beginning. We'll see how they react when they see this review.
