  I came in for tire installation and an alignment. When I reviewed my receipt later, I noticed it only said “custom” and did not clearly list the services performed. Invoices should be properly itemized so customers know exactly what they are paying for. While I was there, employees were complaining about customers being near the work area, yet there were no clear instructions or signage directing customers where to wait. There was no welcoming guidance to sit inside or explanation of the waiting process. Clear communication would improve the overall experience. Additionally, I witnessed staff push into and dent the side of a truck door while working, and no one took accountability. Instead, there appeared to be attempts to make excuses rather than address the situation directly. That was concerning to see. Overall, better transparency, professionalism, and accountability would go a long way.

  I was communicating with Jose claiming name Jose, he stated he was going to be there waiting for me. I arrived and nobody knows who Jose is? Anyway I waited for over 30 minutes for Jonathan who said he will see me after he was done with a customer. I decided to finally go into the office and Jonathan was just chatting with a guy about nothing, finally he gave me time, we pickle the shocks and control arms for my truck “started from the beginning since there was no jose” after selecting what I wanted he said it will be a few days and exchange numbers with me, after that I received nothing but excuses after excuses and finally he just stop communicating and my work was never done. Thanks for wasting my time.

  Service needs improvement, and knowledge. How are you not going to know what OEM is, in the wheel business 🙂‍↔️. Also had to go to another shop to get my trucks alignment done , they made it worse and said that’s all they can do to it!? 🤨
