  • Purchased a work van from them. I even tried to do my due diligence and have it checked out by a mechanic. Unfortunately ride Autohaus cleared the codes out before I had it check out. And on my way home the codes finally came back. It needs a full transmission replacement. I contacted ride Autohaus who hung up the phone on me and was very rude. I was simply trying to get help paying for the repairs. Under Illinois law they are responsible if it happened under 15 days and 500 miles which it was. I have sent communication to them since and they will not respond. A complaint has been filed with the attorney general and I will be submitting a claim to their surety bond for full payment.
