  • Tried calling in to the parts department twice put on hold for more than 10 minutes called back put on hold again. I live in the southside nearby I was trying to avoid having to drive farther out southwest to Kingdom Chevy. I finally got through and then they were trying to charge a crazy o price for the part $24 for the gasket where as Kingdom is $7 I was trying to ask and make sure we were talking about the same thing and the guy just hung up. I’m not a mechanic my grandfather was a master mechanic taught me everything I know I’m just a guy who works on his own stuff. It’d be helpful when you’re able to do your part and be helpful instead of short with people. I’d rather drive 30 minutes southwest in traffic at 4pm than buy from someone like that might be a small amount but the principle is what matters to me as a potential customer

  • Worst car buying experience ever. I came in with my own financing and was treated like scum on the bottom of my shoe. The salesman did a mockup deal that got me excited then said I was just showing you something I can't give you this car for this price. Like I was there to play games. Then I was told by the salesman " Let me get this straight you came in with your own money and won't let us finance you and have the nerve to ask us for a deal umm no". And he actually let me walk out of there. Well the very next day I went to another dealer that didn't make me feel like scum and got the deal I was looking for. I liked this place better when it was Roger's Chevrolet.
