  • INITIALLY: I had an amazing experience getting my custom-built utility trailer! The quality of craftsmanship is great, and the pricing was very fair for the level of customization I needed. Valeria was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process, making sure all my questions were answered. What really stood out was the owner, Ron—he personally took the time to show me around and even called me to ensure I had no concerns with this custom build. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-built trailer and great service! UPDATE 10/13/2025: Workers forgot to weld bottom crossmembers which is crucial, a few angle iron supports are not straight, floor is bowed upward, and welds are not great by any means. You get what you pay for. Caution is to inspect well before paying. I ended up spending another $4k at a reputable fab shop to make it right. The owner Ron did agree to refund a small portion due to these major issues.

  • This is the last time I edit my review. So I just pick up my utility trailer and it's awesome. All the extra items I ask for, and how I wanted build was done. It looks incredible I say so. Price is good, quality is great. Thank you Jessica for helping me out after that miscommunication we had. I know it was not your fault. I look forward to buying more trailers from you guys in the future. Thank you and keep up the good job.

  • I wanted to write an updated review. I did have some issues originally, but I've been extremely happy with my purchase. The trailer I purchased (5x10 dump) has been very reliable and solid. I've driven it around town and on the highway. I will post pictures later. They process of buying it was very easy, the owner/manager and her co-workers and or employees were very nice and helpful. Very happy with my purchase I would definitely buy again from them. They have some of the most competitive prices and you can custom make your trailer to fit your needs. Do expect to wait some time as they are very busy building custom trailers. It took a little over a month longer than expected but was well worth it. Solid trailer great value and price! Thanks again!
