  • After checking out a bunch of Tacomas in person here in NJ and the Tri State area, I learned how bad rusty frame issues are around here, so I decided to search for trucks in California. Came across the exact kind of Tacoma I was looking for (2nd Gen Manual Transmission, 81K miles) listed under Surf Motors in Vista, California. I have never purchased a vehicle from out of state, let alone one I haven't seen in person, but the pictures provided were very detailed and captured the most important parts (engine and undercarriage). I contacted Surf Motors and Eduardo promptly sent me more pictures and even put the truck up on a lift so he could send multiple detailed videos of the undercarriage, interior, exterior, as well as of it being driven in 2wd, 4wd, and all gears. Eduardo was great at communicating and answering my follow up questions and sent me videos of the truck being loaded for its voyage to NJ. I just had my mechanic give it a full check up and he stated how lucky I was to find such a Great, Clean truck with no issues. I would 100% recommend Surf Motors as a trustworthy dealership with great vehicles and great people running the place!   • Best car dealership I’ve ever worked with. I found a Tesla I loved sent my application through their website very easily next morning worked the deal out and went to pick my car up. Chad and Eduardo helped work around my schedule and sent my paperwork through email to make things easy. Eduardo even helped me setup my Tesla account. I recommend this dealer a lot if you want an easy buying process. Will definitely be back to buy a truck soon they have a nice lot with lots of variety.
