  • At this point, my husband and I have gone through so many (too many) vehicle purchases. We found a 2017 4Runner with 90k miles in mint condition on Surf Motors website, so finally pulled the trigger on the 5th Gen 4Runner I have been wanting FOR YEARS. My husband called, and after speaking with Eduardo, we drove about 2.5 hours to pick it up the following day. My husband had given them all the information necessary for the purchase in advance, so when we arrived, the 4Runner was ready for us to go. We test drove it, LOVED IT and signed the deal. It took about 10 minutes. Our previous purchases have primarily been new cars from big dealers that took forever to simply just get the deal done. We would always end up stressed by the time we finished. Surf Motors made the purchase so easy and fast, we were actually able to enjoy it when driving off. Most importantly, they were not condescending. As a woman shopping for a car, it is not pleasant dealing with car salespeople.   • After checking out a bunch of Tacomas in person here in NJ and the Tri State area, I learned how bad rusty frame issues are around here, so I decided to search for trucks in California. Came across the exact kind of Tacoma I was looking for (2nd Gen Manual Transmission, 81K miles) listed under Surf Motors in Vista, California. I have never purchased a vehicle from out of state, let alone one I haven't seen in person, but the pictures provided were very detailed and captured the most important parts (engine and undercarriage). I contacted Surf Motors and Eduardo promptly sent me more pictures and even put the truck up on a lift so he could send multiple detailed videos of the undercarriage, interior, exterior, as well as of it being driven in 2wd, 4wd, and all gears. Eduardo was great at communicating and answering my follow up questions and sent me videos of the truck being loaded for its voyage to NJ. I just had my mechanic give it a full check up and he stated how lucky I was to find such a Great, Clean truck with no issues. I would 100% recommend Surf Motors as a trustworthy dealership with great vehicles and great people running the place!
