  • Had a great time with their service team. Was in the area and brought my z to them for an oil change. Super cool guys which were very careful with my vehicle as well.

  • I was interested in a 2021 Nissan titan that had popped up for sale on their website. It said the vehicle was in corona on their website. So I made an appointment to check it out. When I get there I’m greeted by the sales rep I was talking to over text. He was nice although I don’t remember his name. They informed me over the phone that the truck was there and they had great rebates going on. Short while later after having me sit and wait for 10 minutes they inform me the truck isn’t ready and it’s in San Bernardino getting a full inspection because they were making it a CPO vehicle. I said okay I’m just wondering what my payment would look like and what type of rebates you guys have for the vehicle. Edgar the sales manager (don’t think I forgot you buddy) came off extremely arrogant and asked why I wanted a titan if I was trying to haggle the price. He asked if I had looked at a more economical vehicle since I couldn’t afford the titan. I told him I only wanted a titan and that’s it. He walked away and said he couldn’t do much for me. That Same night I ended up taking the drive down to Nissan of San Bernardino. There I was helped by Daniel (who I purchased the truck from by the way Edgar) and was able to be first in line once the truck was ready after inspection. Daniel called me once it was ready and we closed the deal. Point here is Edgar the sales manager was extremely unprofessional and made zero effort to try to even help me or sell me the vehicle.

  • I purchased my Nissan in 2022 here. I been coming here for 3 years to get maintenance for this car. The Service department is great. They even do complimentary washes for the car which I appreciate. That is why I am giving them some stars. But their sales department is another story. My credit is shit and their receptionist convince me to look into possibly trading in my car. I let her know this I even notified them of how much I owe on the car, she said they had all these wonderful programs for bad credit etc. Well as I head towards the sales department I am approached by sales woman that goes by Miriam. She speaks to me in Spanish. I do speak spanish, but not advanced so if she starts talking to me in sales lingo I wont understand her. I feel more comfortable talking in English. She proceeds to still have this convo in spanish. Now for those who know that when things are said in spanish they can hurt more because we are expressive with our words. She proceeds to tell me I have really bad credit, which I had already told them about prior, she then starts asking me for a cosigner. I tell her its just me and my kids. She proceeds to ask me if I can have my kids cosign for me. That was insult #1 . I am in my early 30s Idk why she would think I would have adult children. She then starts asking me if there are any other people. By then I am already annoyed and want to leave. She then proceeds to tell me I should get a bf to help me and then she laughs and gives me my cards back and tell me to come back when I have a cosigner and give me all these details why I should. There are little more details but I don't want to add all that here. I get ahold of the receptionist Jennifer. Tell her the awful experience. It was cold and foggy outside I rather be out there then back in that building. She proceeds to tell me that a manager would get back to me. Never did. I ended up going back in because I had already received my car back for service. I spoke to a manager by the name of Jose. He acknowledged me and was polite. But when I begin to tell him my experience with the sales woman. I noticed he had meta glasses on. I felt uncomfortable because I didn't know if he was recording me or not. I also felt very vulnerable telling him my experience. He did listen to me but he had a poker face the entire time. He said he would speak to her and let her know how not to talk to customer. But he was expressionless and with the camera glasses right in my face made that experience uncomfortable. But he did his part in listening to me. But it was a bad experience never the less. I wont be back again despite having free oil changes here with my contract. I rather go to the dealership in my city. Thank you for the wonderful car service and assisting me the first time to purchase the car. But I am a person and I do have feelings. Even if she was joking it was at my expense a stranger she did not know. All of this and all I came for was a oil change. 🥺 this happened yesterday 12/20/2025
