Rodney from National Auto Sales West was one of the salesman I've dealt with on buying a car. Whenever I had a question or issue he returned my calls and was alway there to help me. BEWARE IF YOU FIND A CAR ON CARGURUS FROM THIS PLACE. It may look like an amazing deal but what they don’t tell you is it’s just a down payment. I was going to drive an hour and a half each way because it looked like an amazing deal I could not pass up. That was until I figured out to ask if that was the full price. It was just a down payment and I can’t seem to find the actual price. Shady company. I do not recommend doing business with them. This is why people don’t trust car salesmen.
This is has to be by far the worst used car lot I've ever witnessed. Granted you can't change the mind of someone who is in desperate need for a vehicle to get back and forth to work.... but to take $1000 as a down payment and then the car not run after less than 24 hours is wild, especially after the customer calls about the problems and the sales rep say "well you looked at the vehicle". Trade in was brought up, but requires even more money for another down payment? Definitely do NOT recommend. The customers vehicle has been sitting still since the purchase after a few of our own mechanics declared it was a transmission problem. Way to take advantage of people who are trying to make ends meet and who now have to deal with a piece of trash vehicle that can't even be driven.
