Incredibly smooth and simple transaction. I had been to two other lots today and ended up purchasing from Trevor at national auto because not only was he so well versed with the cars, he was very interested in my needs and what made the most sense for me. Definitely recommend, they’re reasonable, respectful, and knowledgeable about what’s on their lot!
If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, National Auto Sales West Broad is the place to go! I searched all over Columbus, from one side of town to the next, and can confidently say they are #1. As a young first-time buyer, they made the entire process easy and affordable. I had a short-term payment plan and was able to pay my car off in less than a year- no problems. What really sets them apart is how they treat you like family. They’re understanding, willing to work with you, and even help with repairs when needed. Their customer service goes beyond just selling you a car, and that’s what makes the difference! Look no further!
The best car lot in Ohio! Variety out of this world! Customer service on 10! Prices super reasonable and quality of vehicles unmatched! Make sure you go in and ask for Trevor he’ll take care of all ur car purchasing needs!
