Diego and Mike are liars !!! They sold me a bad truck. Diego promised time after time to have the truck repaired. don't worry just pay now and bring thr truck back in a week!!! It was a sales tactic to Just to take my money for down payment. I got the truck in late may! I haven't been able to use it for more than a week total!. Diego made tons of false promises Diego promised me the truck to be fixed and nothing! I contacted the bank and I'm going to file a fraud suit against them for lying and selling me a truck with Tons of issue's promising to fix it and nothing! I've spent probably 1200$ in tow truck's and truck has been in a shop for months. The headlights don't work! Major oil leak. Motor is failing I sent all this to Diego via whatsapp and he said don't worry Mike will help you and nothing!!! They are con's and thiefs. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm contacting consumer affairs and this will not stay this way. The truck repair is about $8,800.00 I am tired of this!!!

To summarize my experience, I initially made a down payment for a vehicle at your dealership with the expectation of a smooth transaction and a reliable vehicle. However, this was far from the reality I encountered. The vehicle that I purchased turned out to be defective and failed to meet the basic standards of functionality and safety that should be expected from any automobile. Upon discovering the significant issues with the vehicle, I immediately reached out to your dealership seeking a resolution. However, instead of providing a satisfactory response, I was subjected to an extensive and frustrating process of being misled and manipulated. Rather than acknowledging the faults of the vehicle and taking responsibility for the situation, your dealership attempted to coerce me into accepting a more expensive replacement vehicle, which I had no interest in. Despite my clear request for a full refund of my down payment, your dealership demonstrated a complete lack of willingness to honor my rightful request. I was forced to endure a prolonged and distressing five-month period before finally receiving a partial refund. It is worth noting that even the refund process was not straightforward, as you insisted on returning the funds in installments instead of returning my down payment in full, as I had originally provided. This delay in refunding my down payment, along with the unsatisfactory manner in which it was eventually returned, has caused significant financial strain and emotional distress. The unprofessional conduct displayed by your dealership throughout this entire ordeal is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on your reputation as a reputable automotive dealer. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Firstly, I insist on the prompt return of my down payment in full, as it is rightfully mine and should never have been withheld for such an extended period. Furthermore, I expect your dealership to reassess its business practices, particularly in terms of transparency, customer service, and adherence to consumer rights. It is imperative that you take this complaint seriously and respond promptly to address the concerns raised. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter through legal channels and share my negative experience through various consumer platforms, warning others about the unscrupulous practices they may encounter at your dealership. I eagerly await your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution that demonstrates accountability, fairness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
