  I’m looking to purchase one for my daughter. I found a car I liked and was excited to see. I called Zayna and asked if I could come in the next morning. I was told I could come as early as 10:30am and to ask for David when I arrived. The next day when I got there at 11am the dealership was closed and no one was there. I called the number on the door and was told someone could arrive in 30 minutes. I explained that it was frustrating to be asked to wait after calling ahead of time and driving nearly an hour to get there. The response was “sorry about that”. Eventually, when the guy arrived I test drove the car. I liked the vehicle despite hearing a few rattling sounds coming it. When I got back to the dealership, I learned that they weren’t wiling to negotiate the price and the car had a salvage title despite CarGurus website indicating the title is clean. Overall, the car was overpriced for an 2012 salvage title and my customer service experience was not great. The sales man tried telling me I wouldn’t find a better deal, which turned out not to be true. A few days later I found a newer version of the same car with better technology, and lower miles, and a clean title for the same price! I’m thrilled that things didn’t work out at Zayna, and I’d recommend that you look on fb marketplace before you purchase here. Like me, you might find a better deal and a better customer experience!

  Straight the point, I came to this dealership because the reviews were positive, I’m now giving this review because the reviews were telling the truth. Cool guys, helpful, made it easy to buy, flexible payment negotiation, no pressure. Bought my car in December and I’m taking care of it just fine. Normal wear and tear for a used so don’t go in being unreasonable. All in all, go see them if you need a car.🙂
