  • I initially gave Roswell Honda 5 starts and also 5 stars to Niobi(I hope I spelled her name right) and Joe in the finance department. My partner and I drove home in not one but Two new cars. I am downgrading this review to 3 stars because first there was a mistake with one of the key fobs and they gave an incorrect vin number which resulted in my having to update my insurance and get new cards twice. Then there was an issue with our license plates being delivered properly. While I am willing to overlook one mistake I am not willing to overlook two of them on the same sale. They are definitely good at selling cars but the service after the fact leaves a bit to be desired.

They keep me up dated with everything that my car needs done! Coming from someone who isn’t a mechanic it’s a relief
