I had to cancel my order for unfortunate circumstances and Amanda refunded me my deposit— despite the policy in place, she understood my special circumstance. Its easy for stores to give good customer service when they want a sale— but to give good service even though the sale didn’t go through is priceless!
The staff at Reds Appliance were very helpful and Geovanna the salesperson I met with gave me a better price than all other appliance stores, and Home Depot for a new oven. Geovanna assisted me with the purchase, installation and delivery. A very knowledgeable person and honest store.
