  • I would give them zero stars if I could, but one star is the minimum. They offered me only $220 for a brand new Canon R50V still sealed in the box, plus a Canon 50mm 1.8 lens also brand new in the box, both with active warranties, along with two extra KF Concept batteries. They tried to justify the $220 offer by showing me the lowest prices they could find on eBay: a broken $35 lens and a damaged camera selling for $186 with a cracked screen and a non-working shutter. They seriously tried to compare my fully working, brand new equipment to broken items from eBay. I’m not stupid. I was only asking for $650 for a setup where the camera alone sells for around that price. I was basically including the lens and extra batteries for free. They still had room to make around $300 in profit, but instead they tried to offer me $220 for gear worth four times that amount.

  • I'm not one to write long reviews, but Al at EZPAWN took great care of us. He gave us a great deal on an iPad, an Xbox Series S, and an Xbox Series X. Before we left, he turned everything on, made sure it all worked properly, and even made sure the consoles were cleaned up and ready to go. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and no hassle. If you're shopping at EZPAWN, ask for Al. 10/10 recommend!
