  This SCAM COMPANY DESERVES A -0.00 rating please don’t believe anything you SEE OR HEAR FROM THIS PLACE. I’ve been calling them for months the owner supposed to be in the hospital sick that was a BOLD LIE I drive there and he is playing dominos with his associate and looking stupid we I walk in to talk about the truck. Now he has amnesia he don’t remember me or the truck. Please don’t try to get a car or truck used from places like this you will forever regret it I promise you.

  Classic bait-and-switch. Dishonest dealership. I called ahead because I know how dealership games work. I asked very clearly if the car advertised on Facebook Marketplace was actually on the lot and if the price was real. I was told yes. I called again about 30 minutes before arriving and was told again, yes, the car is here, come over. The guy said his name was Junior and told me he was waiting for me. I drove over an hour. When I arrived, the car was magically “sold.” Junior was not even there. Turns out he is just a broker, not even at the dealership. The whole purpose is to get you in the door. Right away they tried to push a “similar” car that was about $10,000 more. This is a textbook bait-and-switch operation. Fake ads, fake availability, fake promises, all to waste your time and pressure you into a much more expensive car. Very misleading and dishonest business practices. Avoid this place and do not trust their online listings.

  I was in desperate need for work van and I called JB auto 3 and I spoke to Omar he called me told me he has what I’m looking for I came I found a van he gave me the best price I was feeling anxious and I wasn’t in the best mood because a lot of dealers were We’re kicking me to the curb Omar found me a good deal with Westlake financial give me the best truck Omar is the best and even when I was mad he cooled me down and next day got me the approval and I’m leaving the review now and I’m walking away with the truck I highly recommend Family oriented!!!
