Don’t buy a car from this place. They sold me a 2014 mini countryman and under three weeks the transmission fell out. When I called them to see if I can get some understanding or Customer Service… They stopped answering my calls. I fixed the transmission which added $6000 to the cost of the car. The car will never be worth what the total cost is. Then when I go back to get the license plate… Do you think they appreciated the fact that I did not get a lawyer and investigate them. Because of course they want to claim they don’t know what they sold me. But in big bold letters, they sure knew how to put no warranty on the contract. They still tried to get money from me for the license plates. These people have no honor. They have no respect for their customers. They will take your money and then tell you to go fly a kite if something goes wrong with that car. And believe me, they know what is wrong with their cars. Now… I’m going to get a lawyer. And we’re going to investigate them. And we are going to the Better Business Bureau. If I can save someone from going through what I went through then it’s worth it. All they needed to do was be courteous and say hey, we’re sorry about what happened with the car, but the license plate is on us. They had the balls to try and charge me 250 extra dollars after they tried to charge me $550 for the license plate. They will be under investigation. Do yourself a favor and get a car somewhere else. Don’t trust them. I’ll try and come back and edit this with pictures of the receipt from the transmission having to be replaced. Otherwise, I’ll keep posting this every day as well as finding other creative ways to affect them the way they’ve affected me.
This SCAM COMPANY DESERVES A -0.00 rating please don’t believe anything you SEE OR HEAR FROM THIS PLACE. I’ve been calling them for months the owner supposed to be in the hospital sick that was a BOLD LIE I drive there and he is playing dominos with his associate and looking stupid we I walk in to talk about the truck. Now he has amnesia he don’t remember me or the truck. Please don’t try to get a car or truck used from places like this you will forever regret it I promise you.
Has a posted price on their website and on CarGurus but tells you a completely price when on the phone with creditor it’s a completely different price. I lost complete trust in them and won’t do business in the future. The listed price for the van I wanted was 20k. The creditor was telling me it was 30k ! Be careful!
