  10 out of 10 would recommend! Woke up Sunday morning to find my phone at 0% and not taking a charge. The Phone Guys came to rescue! They were able to diagnose and fix the issue within record time. Offered many options for repair and were not pushy with their recommendations while understanding the financial situation. Very honest, friendly and knowledgeable workers at this establishment! Will come back if I ever have any phone related questions or concerns in the future.

  Customer Relationship Is Zero Very disappointing experience. I bought a phone from this store, but the phone did not connect to the internet properly. When I came back, this was not my mistake — it was a store/product issue. They should have replaced or fixed it without extra charge, but instead they charged me more. Customer relationship is zero. They do not deserve my business. This was my last visit here, and I will never come back again.

  I had a great experience with one of the employees at this location, David. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and transparent about how everything worked, which I really appreciated. Even when things didn’t work out with the device I received through the phone team, David went above and beyond to guide me through the entire return process. He showed excellent customer service and genuine understanding of my situation. Overall, my experience with David was phenomenal, and I will definitely be coming back.
