  I did not want or need a brand new phone. These folks were recommended so i dropped by. I found the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and good at transferring ALL my data from the old phone to the new. Product prices seem fair and my phone works great. I highly recommend this company.

  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this experience. My boyfriend bought a pre-owned iPhone 17 Pro Max from here for $1,213 because he specifically needed a phone that he could use with Metro. Shortly after getting it, we found out we couldn’t activate it. We checked the phone’s IMEI through multiple IMEI-checking services, and it came back as blacklisted. The phone itself showed that it was unlocked, so this wasn’t simply an issue of the phone being carrier locked. We were also told that management already knew there could be an issue with these phones being activated on Metro, which made the situation even more frustrating because this was never explained to us before we spent $1,213. My boyfriend decided he wanted a refund. He went in and was given $1,000 back, but was told he would have to come back later for the remaining $213 because they didn’t have the rest of the cash available. He came back later that same day and was told they still didn’t have it and that he would need to come back another day. So today I went with him to get the remaining refund. Thankfully, we did receive the rest of our money, but the whole experience left a really bad taste in our mouths. The refund was eventually handled, but the attitude we received today felt very fake and dismissive, even though the lady was smiling while doing it. The biggest issue for me is that we spent $1,213 on a phone that couldn’t be activated, had to make multiple trips just to get our money back, and were never given a straightforward explanation for why this happened. We appreciate getting our money back, but after this experience, we will definitely be taking our business somewhere else.

  Got myself a Samsung today they also offer to help me transfer my data from my old phone to the new one and switch the carrier too. What a nice customer service appreciate your help . Anyone looking for used phone phones check them out they have more phones than carrier
