  I love the store on center street. I only work with Lorente strictly! He always gets me right for my purchases, device set up (tech) repairs… anything you could think of! This store has phones, counsels, laptops, everything tech under the sun! 10/10!!!!!! If you go to any store go to the one of Center street!!!!!!! Way cheaper than Apple or front line stores. Store is clean, well maintained, and all my visits I always get a good laugh in! Love this place!!!!! Ask for Lorente specifically. He’s the guy!

  I can’t say enough good things about Victor and Jerald at The Phone Guys! They were both incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Even after I had to come back the next day for some troubleshooting, they got me taken care of super quickly — I was honestly surprised by how fast everything was handled. They explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and I really appreciated how understanding and down-to-earth they were through the whole process. You can tell they truly care about helping people, not just selling phones. Thanks to them, I left with my new phone fully set up and a big smile on my face. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest, efficient, and genuinely compassionate service! We need more employees who portray exactly all the qualities that The Phone Guys implements at their core values and mission statement of the company. This is a place of security in my investment of my telephone but also an overall humbling experience to be met at a level of caring for my business.

  Jerald was very professional and knowledgeable. He apologized for me having to wait, several customers ahead of me. (Chair to sit down). He offered me options; repair or replace. Since phone was 4 years old I chose to replace. Samsung is my favorite so I was able to upgrade from S20 to S23 at a reasonable price. Supplied case and Screensaver. Switched SIM card and started data transfer. That saved me a trip to T-Mobile. In-store service sure beat Amazon. I would highly recommend Phone Guys to others. No reason to spend Big Bucks on new phones. Thank you, Linda Heritage
