  Car was advertised on cargurus for a certain price with dealer fees included for said advertised price. Like anyone looking for a deal. I made a cash offer they declined. I was willing to pay cash and finance the rest. During the paperwork I noticed they were adding all kinds of fees even a 500 detailing fee. I walked away from the purchase of the vehicle after I noticed all the additional fees being added. Beware of this dealership.

  It was going good, answering questions and all. Drove a hour to get there and spent an hour looking and inspecting the car. Test drive was nice. Right as soon as I decided I wanted the car, they then tell me that unfortunately someone else just made a down payment on the car. So with all that time I spent, I couldn’t get the car at all. Completely wasted my time.

  We purchased a 2015 honda civic, Great experience. I really appreciate that we were never pressured or pushed with anything. They had no issues with us test driving a few cars, and even the same one twice. Sadia and her colleague were great to work with. The car we purchased was in immaculate condition, all their cars looked very clean.upon driving the car home it seemed to have a very slight acceleration issue, but I found it was a air intake hose that was cracked (very common in 9th gen civics) I fixed it in an hour with a $25 part. I mentioned it to Sadia and her team to keep and eye out for it in the future (it's hard to see) and she was very receptive to it. It's a used car, I expect to do a few minor repairs in the first month or so. They let us view the full carfax report of this car and another which was great, it brought peace of mind to see the previous owner maintained it so well. I was missing some paperwork after I left and called them the next day, they emailed me a scan of it right away. Very on top of things, great customer service 👍 Thank you Skyrise!
