  ⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed With the Customer Service I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Furniture Direct of West Palm Beach. We purchased a dining set in July, and the problems started with a late delivery. After receiving the furniture, we discovered issues with the dining set, we sat to have lunch and one of the supporting pieces of one the chairs broke; I understand we went there for affordability but we are a couple living together we can fall and hurt ourselves, imagine if we had kids. Immediately contacted the company and provided pictures showing the problem. Instead of helping us resolve the issue, we were told that it was not covered under the warranty. The company continues to fall back on its “no returns, no exchanges” policy rather than making a reasonable effort to address our concerns about the furniture we received. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. We have called multiple times, left several voicemails, and sent email with pictures. Neither customer service nor our sales representative has responded. We were told that the matter would require some type of manager approval or override, but it is now September—approximately two months after our purchase—and we still have no answer, resolution, or meaningful assistance. I am attaching photos so potential customers can see the condition/issues for themselves. A “no returns, no exchanges” policy should not mean “no customer service.” Once the sale was completed, it felt like getting anyone to take responsibility or even return a phone call became nearly impossible. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Furniture Direct of West Palm Beach. I expected much better communication, accountability, and customer service after making a significant furniture purchase. I would be happy to update this review if management finally contacts us and provides a reasonable resolution.

  This is a great family-owned business with highly competitive pricing and quality. Pierre, our sales representative, was welcoming. We spent over an hour considering our options before we bought a bedroom and sofa set. Unfortunately, the dresser and nightstand were damaged upon delivery, but the installation team promptly returned them to the warehouse. We are currently waiting for the replacements, and I am confident the management will resolve this as quickly and professionally as the rest of our experience has been.

His customer service, knowledge, and dedication really stood out. If you’re looking for quality furniture and a great shopping experience, I highly recommend this place.
