  I went to look for a truck I saw this f150 and really liked it. I did notice some details on the truck obviously I know it’s not a new truck. So Mr Bernard was the one that I spoke too and he helped me close the deal on this truck but i was told they were gonna fix the back window that I saw was broken and had like a plastic window on it with tape. He said for me not to worry about that that they can look for it and replace it but like it was during holidays Christmas and new years I would have to wait till after so they can replace that window. I did test drive it before and did hear a noise on the left driver side I did also mention that to Bernard but of course he had to speak to his boss first Mr David about those things. Mr David went with me to test drive it and he also heard the noise and said he’s Mecanic would take a look at it and fix it. I agree to there contract because I trusted them that they would fix the window and that noise from the tires that it was making. I needed the truck because I need to go to work and with this I couldn’t even start working because I was back and forth with them taking it to them supposedly to get it fixed and it was never done. The noise from the tires was still there and the window they replace with a panel window which Mr Bernard said he was gonna order the whole back window because they don’t sell that in parts it has to be ordered all complete. I did take it to a mechanic shop I had to buy new tire because that tire had a bulge on it the brakes weren’t new like Mr David said and the window was not replaced the whole thing they only put a replacement panel window I could of put that myself. If you look at the picture of how they left my window very ugly job I am not satisfied with there Mecanics work. They left pieces of the glass all around the window very dangerous because I have grandkids and can cut themselfs. I had to fix everything on this truck the right way. So just want to share my experience there don’t sign nothing until they fix whatever they promise you first then ok sign contract. So just be careful if you purchase vehicle here.
