  • This place is a complete joke and a total scam! We put $3,000 down on a car, and then they called us back saying we had to give them another $500 down plus $1,200 for registration. We went along with it, but now they’re saying our car is about to get repossessed when our first car payment isn’t even due until November 27th! We went in today to pay for the registration and they refused to take our money, saying we had a $25 late fee and that they needed to “verify our insurance.” Our insurance is active and paid, so that’s just an excuse. They also said they charge $25 every single day as a late fee and won’t waive it. This place lies, adds hidden fees, and treats customers horribly. They’re quick to threaten repossession and make up charges that don’t make sense. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Chico’s Auto Sales!
