  Where do I even begin?.... Let's begin with a fact that the price I saw on Facebook marketplace was not the same price they had in person. The price they had in person on lot was a whole $1,000 more for the Ford Flex I was looking at. I drove a whole hour and a half to look at the vehicle because my family and I really needed a vehicle ASAP. Right off the bat there was a lot of issues that I already saw like the cars would not turn on because the battery was dead. He had to jump start the car for me to even open the doors. The AC wasn't blowing cold air, the center console armrest was broken and it was crunchy when you put weight on it, the Ford Flex also came with two DVD players which I asked him if they worked and he said they definitely do but they just won't turn on because you need to have a DVD to insert it to turn on ( I tested them out at home and they definitely do not work). So when we were doing the paperwork I spoke with them that they should drop the price for all the issues it has and the salesman "Cesar" tell me that they're not allowed to drop the price but what he can do is have a bill of sale at the end and they would fix all the problems that I found with a car. Which was to replace the car's battery, change out the armrest, and fix the air conditioning. News to say I did end up purchasing the vehicle because of necessity, the car did have to stay overnight for them to "fix the issues". When they turn the car into the next day the car battery was never replaced. The AC blows a little bit better but nothing fantastic. And Caesar told me that they have to special order the armrest and they could fix it or send it to me at my house. West bend almost a month and still haven't received anything. I've called him many times to see if they will order that part for me but he doesn't answer a lot of the times and when he does get back to me and message me he tells me he has to talk to his boss but never gets back to me after that which feels like he's just blowing me off. I understand the car is a used vehicle but it clearly looks like they didn't make any attempts to repair anything or make the vehicle look better. As a matter of fact a week ago I discovered huge scratches on the roof of the car near the passenger door that runs along almost through the whole car and they used some kind of black tape to cover the scratches. They used some pretty good tape because it took me awhile to discover that. So overall definitely would not recommend to anyone

  I bought a car for my wife from K&T Dealership about a month ago, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Even though my credit score wasn’t great, they worked very hard to find me a good deal and got me a clean, reliable used car that fit our needs and budget. Everything has been great since the purchase, and what really stood out was their honesty and transparency. Unlike many dealerships that add hidden or unnecessary fees, K&T was very clear about all the costs from the beginning. There were no surprises at all. Farshid, in particular, was extremely professional, straightforward, and trustworthy. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly felt that he was looking out for our best interest, not just trying to make a sale. I highly recommend K&T Dealership to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and smooth car-buying experience.

  I bought a VW Beetle from K & T for my girlfriend on 1/31. Although the car is beautiful on the outside, I live in San Diego and unfortunately was unable to have my mechanic look at it until after the purchase. Both Cesar and Farshid the owner assured me that this car had been inspected and was safe. Only 4 days after making this purchase I discovered from my mechanic that the CV axle assembly was leaking extensively and needed to be replaced, both suspension control arms were bad and it needed a complete brake job front and rear. Not even a week into owning this car I had to spend over $3,000 to make it safe for my girlfriend to drive. This dealership is everything you might dread and expect from a used car dealership. Extremely dishonest and lacking any integrity. They had me fooled in the beginning though, when I pointed out how bad the tread was on the front tires the owner himself assured me that he would put on new tires. Upon closer inspection I now know that they are used tires from 2022 and one of them even has a bubble on the sidewall so it's even less safe than the tires he took off of the car originally. Now I get to buy new tires as well due to his dishonesty. If you are reading this review, please take notice of any one star reviews and take heed. I would stay clear of this dealership. Update: This is in response to the reply from K&T Motors. Obviously things can wear out after the purchase but I only had this car for 4 days before discovering the extensive list of things needing to be repaired. Clearly your inspection was not adequate or if it was then you just did not reveal what was found. And that certainly doesn't explain you putting on used tires that were even less safe than the ones you took off and telling me they were new. Also, I did not decline the three month warranty, I did in fact buy it but it didn't cover any of the things that you failed to tell me were defective. Please get your facts straight. Buyer beware regarding this dealership!
