  • Freddy was really great in helping us in buying my son’s first car. He wasn’t pushy and just laid back and let us look around, test drive and ask any question and answered the best he could. He even went above and beyond when I was struggling with my work schedule to try and have my mechanic look over the car. He said that he could drive it over for me to his shop so he could check it out, which really helped us out, now that is customer service! Freddy and the team at HPD are good people and my son is happy!

  • Im just going to put this out there..... Customer service, kindness, and friendliness was all 10/10.... I first went there to just look at a vehicle, no one pushed me to buy. They greeted me with respect and listened to my request. I didnt want to make a purchase that day so he gave me a quote and said to come back whenever IM ready. Same day went to Toyota dealership and they instantly lied to me about the vehicle I wanted to see, saying it was "sold", a tactic they used to get me into the door. Not even respecting my wish to not go over a specific budget. I immediately left and went straight back to HPD. Left the lot with a nice vehicle that runs smooth and so far I love it. Thank you so much for helping me with my purchase!
