  The service I received from your staff was highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional. The employee handling my query was visibly impatient, unhelpful, and consistently rude. When I attempted to ask a simple question or seek assistance, the staff member provided a dismissive response, showing no patience or willingness to help. This behavior makes it extremely difficult to conduct business and reflects poorly on your company's service standards.

  What a joke, thank you guys for just ignoring my email re: the scooter you sold me that had an outstanding recall on it that was never taken care of. But it’s not that big of a deal, right? It’s not like it would be you guys getting thrown from the scooter & badly injured if the front fork just decided to “snap” going 30 mph. I’m just totally overreacting here. It’s not like information like that should be disclosed to a customer BEFORE they purchase it ..... almost sounds like it could be illegal, whether you knew about it or not. Guess I’m just being overly dramatic here knowing how badly I could have injured myself, or others riding around doing 30 mph on a questionable scooter. My bad for bugging you guys and asking what you’d be willing to do to make that sneaky, underhanded sale right. But don’t worry, I’ll take it from here and figure out what to do. **UPDATE: still no response from anyone there after third attempt. Thank you guys for your required assistance with this matter, and leaving me high & dry. I should have gone with my gut & purchased this scooter from somewhere legit, instead of out of someone’s garage. Live & learn I guess. I’m sticking to my original response about your whole garage based operation is definitely shady, and as far from legit as you can get. I can’t wait for your arrogant response to see who gets blamed for this one. Again ..... so, so, sorry for bothering you guys with such a petty problem.
