  • The service I received from your staff was highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional. The employee handling my query was visibly impatient, unhelpful, and consistently rude. When I attempted to ask a simple question or seek assistance, the staff member provided a dismissive response, showing no patience or willingness to help. This behavior makes it extremely difficult to conduct business and reflects poorly on your company's service standards.
