  Irresponsible and bad communication. We purchased three scooters from Skyten in Chino Hills. We spent a lot of money. My son blew out the tubes on two of the scooters messing around. I called Skyten to get them fixed. We obviously would pay to have them fixed since it was my son who blew out both tubes. They then told me they don’t fix this kind of issue and that they would give me Skyten support info. Then proceeds to tell me if we exchange the old ones and purchase new ones we can do that. I know they fix scooters because they sell used. And they were working on one the day we purchased ours. So they don’t want to fix the scooter, even though they know how, they just want to sell you a new one. We don’t need new ones or updated scooters. I sent my information into support and got no response. My wife inquired and got no response. Bad customer service. Just fix the issue instead of trying to upsell the customer. All we needed was two tubes for two back tires replaced. I wouldn’t recommend Skyten in Chino Hills. The customer service sucks.

  I saw Skyten at the Long Beach Electrify event. I bought two scooters. Josh and Diego are very knowledgeable and willing to help even after the sale. What I like about Skyten is that they offer service and can fix anything that can go wrong. If you ever owned a scooter this service is gold. It’s very difficult finding anyone who can work on them. I’ve already contacted them several times and they quickly answered my questions. Extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
