Everyone was friendly. When pitching a truck you would expect it to have gas. I had to ask multiple times. Lesson learned make them fill it before you sign. Check everything truck has issues with windshield wipers. Lucky I caught they took out the warranty and didn’t tell me. I had to call 3 times for my paper work. While I’m happy I got the truck they need to listen more. I did lower my payment some but I’m not totally happy. There could be a bit more follow through. I still going to go back and we’ll see if they stand up and fix a few thing I found or will they just brush me off.
The entire experience from arriving to driving away was outstanding. Every step of the way the CDJR team was knowedgable, professional and friendly. The Cardinale Way is truly an exception car buying experience. I love my new Ram Tungsten and I would recommend a Cardinale dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
