  • I went to Payday Auto loans and the process was easy and everything went smoothly. I’ve always had encounters with every sales persons that was beyond pleasurable! I would go there again and again. If anyone is looking for someplace to get a vehicle that is super friendly, and willing to do everything in their power to get you into a vehicle, this would be the place.   • Do not purchase vehicles from these people my boyfriend just purchased one from here and did not have make the first payment on the vehicle before the transmission went out. They told him to bring the vehicle back and they would have it fixed took the vehicle back it was working fine then 4 months later the transmission went out again so we turned the vehicle back into the finance company it hurt our credit but we could not pay for the transmission and we were not going to make payments on a vehicle that we could not drive. *PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE*

  • What high hopes and expectations I had when I saw this car, I really need a vehicle desperately. I went in knowing what I saw online might not be entirely accurate, but thought it had to be at least kinda close & I have a good job, credit is good, no issues with making reasonable payments...not only no new to me car but my credit to a ding...cuz as you see the online was now where close to reality...and no where does it say estimate, even if it does somewhere....how is it not misleading in the extreme....a little off is one thing - the 2nd pic is the actuality of an estimate of what it really is, as to what I was told the real payment would be. I would have never gone in ...or might as well but brand new. What a waste of time and energy. Just broke a person down, for real 😔 *** So per they're response to my review - do not have expectations about what you see on their website or use of their website tools, as that 4% came from them, not me. ... so yes bad review, especially since I expressed the need to stay in the same universe with payments PRIOR to anything else, and I had been assured you would.
