  • One of the worst most dishonest car dealers I have ever dealt with! These guys are absolute liars. I was sold a car that broke down on me 30 minutes after I purchased it. A bunch of warning lights came on the dash board after only 20 minutes of driving. They claimed to know nothing about it. They said they would pay for the repairs but now they disappeared and won’t answer my calls. I had to spend over $1000 on repairs. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you because these are very dishonest people. I will be taking them to court. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER’S RESPONSE… Stop with the lies…. You did reach back out after you ignored my calls for days and after I threatened to take you to court. I had to call you from a different number for you to finally answer. You said the car was already inspected so why would I go back to the same mechanic? I don’t live by the dealer and that would be an inconvenience. I think what I suggested was fair. I gave you an invoice for the cost of the repairs and you were only willing to pay got a fraction of the cost. A GOOD used car dealer doesn’t have these kind of issues and are not as deceptive as you. That’s why you’re lying in your response. So many people on here have had the same bad experience as me. Btw, I have to replace the hybrid battery on the car I just bought from you. Pathetic.

  • Beware of this place! Went to test drive a couple cars. Gave us no prior background or history on the car we wanted. We attempted to test drive a 2017 Honda civic and the stench was horrible. It smelled like mold and mildew. Moved no more than 5 ft and the brakes were screeching. If we would’ve driven this car on the road, I don’t know what could’ve happened. Customer service was awful and we had better luck next door.

  • I bought a 2008 Subaru Forester from Car Planet Exchange. The people working there were nice, professional, and made my first time buying a car stress free. They have a 15 day/ 500-mile warranty, I took the Subaru to my family mechanic. He told me that it was a great deal considering the brakes were just replaced, no rust under the car, and overall, a great buy. I would highly suggest going to this dealership. Thank you
