  • One of the worst most dishonest car dealers I have ever dealt with! These guys are absolute liars. I was sold a car that broke down on me 30 minutes after I purchased it. A bunch of warning lights came on the dash board after only 20 minutes of driving. They claimed to know nothing about it. They said they would pay for the repairs but now they disappeared and won’t answer my calls. I had to spend over $1000 on repairs. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you because these are very dishonest people. I will be taking them to court. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER’S RESPONSE… Stop with the lies…. You did reach back out after you ignored my calls for days and after I threatened to take you to court. I had to call you from a different number for you to finally answer. You said the car was already inspected so why would I go back to the same mechanic? I don’t live by the dealer and that would be an inconvenience. I think what I suggested was fair. I gave you an invoice for the cost of the repairs and you were only willing to pay got a fraction of the cost. A GOOD used car dealer doesn’t have these kind of issues and are not as deceptive as you. That’s why you’re lying in your response. So many people on here have had the same bad experience as me. Btw, I have to replace the hybrid battery on the car I just bought from you. Pathetic.

  • Would highly recommend Planet Car Exchange. First of all, customer service was excellent. Ahmed was respectful and engaging. He worked with us within our budget. Unlike other dealerships, Planet Exchange had a welcoming feel. I would also recommend Planet Auto because of the quality of cars in their lot. Lastly, I would point out that overall it was a positive experience. Closing was smooth and didn’t feel like I was being forced to purchase the vehicle, which I appreciated.

  • I spoke with Jibran, awasome kid. He's straight forward and honest, if there's an issue with a vehicle just ask but more than likely he'll tell you if theres any issues before you even ask. Definitely not like most car salesman he's very transparent. Thanks again, Jibran.
