  I had a really frustrating experience with this company and feel like others should be warned. The sales process is extremely misleading—what is presented as a “loan” is actually a lease agreement buried in fine print. The salesperson was smooth, confident, and convincing, but not transparent at all about what I was actually signing. I walked in thinking I was financing an electric bike, only to realize later that I’m locked into a lease that ends up costing nearly double the actual value of the bike. Key details were either glossed over or intentionally framed in a confusing way to make it sound like a better deal than it really is. This feels deceptive and predatory, especially for customers who trust what they’re being told. Make sure you read EVERYTHING carefully and ask direct questions before signing anything here. I would not recommend doing business with them unless they seriously improve their honesty and transparency.

Staff that goes above and beyond for every customer! You can’t beat their deals, prices or customer service. I live an hour and a half away and I’ll make the drive for the service I receive every time. 5 stars doesn’t do this store justice I’d give them 10. -Robbie S
