  • I purchased an 07’ Lexus ES 350 from them a little over a month ago. The process seemed quick, although the owner, Ramin, was barely willing to budge on the price. Come to find out, the car had some mechanical issues that needed repair but weren’t disclosed. The bigger issue is the vehicle title. Ramin stated that he would have the title sent to me in less than 14 days, stating a 14 day clause in our sales contract. It’s now been over 30 days and he has yet to provide me with the title. He had an excuse that the auction house that originally owned the car failed to provide him with the correct paperwork so it would take an additional week. That turned into two weeks. Now it’s going into 3 weeks past the 14 day clause. He supposedly shipped it overnight via FedEx but that was 5 days ago, and the tracking number he provided doesn’t exist in their system. The worst part is that he keeps ignoring my texts and phone calls and is failing to provide any proof that he’s actually shipped the title. BEWARE, they will be quick to take your payment on the spot but will not provide you with your vehicle title. It feels very much like a scam at this point.

  • Great experience buying a very nice and clean 2015 Toyota 4Runner! Carfax was presented and everything was very transparent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well maintained used car! Roman is a very nice and honest man.
