  We recently purchased a vehicle from this company and couldn't be happier with the experience.   I purchased an 07’ Lexus ES 350 from them a little over a month ago. The process seemed quick, although the owner, Ramin, was barely willing to budge on the price. Come to find out, the car had some mechanical issues that needed repair but weren’t disclosed. The bigger issue is the vehicle title. Ramin stated that he would have the title sent to me in less than 14 days, stating a 14 day clause in our sales contract. It’s now been over 30 days and he has yet to provide me with the title. He had an excuse that the auction house that originally owned the car failed to provide him with the correct paperwork so it would take an additional week. That turned into two weeks. Now it’s going into 3 weeks past the 14 day clause. He supposedly shipped it overnight via FedEx but that was 5 days ago, and the tracking number he provided doesn’t exist in their system. The worst part is that he keeps ignoring my texts and phone calls and is failing to provide any proof that he’s actually shipped the title. BEWARE, they will be quick to take your payment on the spot but will not provide you with your vehicle title. It feels very much like a scam at this point.

  As I was getting a loan he gave someone the keys to take it for an inspection. The guy was obviously upset when he was told I was going to buy it when he got back after getting the inspection. He even left a bad review. This guy is unprofessional in every sense of the word. Imagine how mad I was after being approved for my loan and getting my credit pulled and then the owner saying, “well I don’t know, the other customer has to bring it back and if he wants to buy it I have to sell it to him.” I ubered 2 hours to get the vehicle and wasn’t even sure if I was going to leave with it because of this guy’s awful communication. Not only did I have to deal with this nightmare, but he said he’d put air in the tires so the tire sensor light would go off and he never did. Pretty sure he was just lying and it’s the common 4Runner tps light issue because after filling the tires when I got it home the light stayed on. He also said he just put new oil in it. Well the maintenance light immediately came on and an auto shop told me it needed oil (2 weeks after I bought it and drove it maybe 300 miles total). Oh, and to top it all off he sold me the vehicle with bad brakes, rotors and a radiator. My uber driver said he overheard him talking with the other customer who mentioned something about brakes after the inspection but I didn’t mention it because I just wanted to get the vehicle and go at that point. Well, turns out I probably should have mentioned it because I have another $1000 in repairs to look forward to tomorrow morning in the brakes (sold vehicle to me at 15% brake life left), new rotors and radiator replacement. Will never buy from this guy again and genuinely would not recommend anyone else do either.
