  APPROACH WITH CAUTION!! My son was very interested in a 4Runner that this dealer was selling, so I reached out and we were communicating regularly. I live in the Bay Area, so I wanted to do as much of the work remotely as possible before flying down to finalize a deal. One thing that I wanted to do in advance was to have the car inspected by an independent mechanic. I have a friend in OC that was willing to take it to be inspected for me. I sent text messages and left voice mails for the dealer asking when would be a good time to do this. They have not responded in any way to any of my attempts to talk to them about the inspection. This should be a huge red flag for anyone wishing to buy a vehicle from this dealership. I urge you to insist on an independent inspection, and if they refuse, you should definitely take your business elsewhere.

  I flew from Oregon to purchase an 05 Lexus GX from Givi Auto having never seen the vehicle in person. They held the vehicle for me (with small deposit) and accepted a cashiers check in full when I arrived (no tax in Oregon). I drove it off the lot and over a thousand miles from Riverside to Portland without a single issue. I’ve had the car for 5 months now without incident. Definitely recommend a used car from this dealership. Fast easy and safe.

  My grandson was interested in a car at that dealership. He discussed his interest in a particular car. They agreed he could take the car and have a mechanic check it out. If it checks out, he would buy it. When he went to take the car, he called first and they said he could not take the car, because they were going to show it to other people that day. I ask you what kind of promise is that. If you do business that way, then I guess he’s lucky he’s not doing business with you. When you make agreements as a business, you should keep them. Shame on you.
