What truly exceeded my expectations was their commitment after the sale. Even though I live about 30 miles away, they personally delivered the motorcycle to my home after their work hours, overnight.   My husband and I just recently bought a bike from Marcos at Alha Cycles. We lived 4 hours away and bought the bike unseen over the phone. The process could not have been easier. When we arrived to pick it up Marcos was waiting for us and had everything ready too go. The bike was in beautiful condition and everything it was advertised to be. No nasty surprises on arrival. The bike had also been professionally detailed which is alway a plus. The price was very reasonable with no hidden add on fees. We where in and out quickly and back on the road while still being treated very professionally. Marco was very knowledgeable about bikes including old and new. If you are a collector this guy is your man. He was also happy to share information that wasn't even related to the bike we bought. I can't stress enough how happy we where. Thank you Marco, you made this a wonderful experience for us.

  GREAT Experience doing business with Alpha Cycles Miami. Carolina was my main points of contact but I met several other people there and the whole team treated me wonderfully. It was very easy and pleasant to buy a motorcycle there.They were not pushy took the time and answered all my questions. They were able to bring me the bike to my house with no problem. I love my new bike, but if and when I ever need another. I'll be buying it from this fine establishment again too. Great service, Great people, Highly recommend. Thanks again Carolina and staff.
