I bought a brand new Toshiba in the Box portable air conditioner that would of course me Triple or quadruple that would he charge me so.   • Blatant profiling and unacceptable customer service. I walked into Audio Video Plaza today around 11:00 AM to genuinely inquire about pricing and information for a scooter. When I first entered, the scooters on display were completely unlocked. However, the second I started asking standard questions as a prospective customer, the staff literally proceeded to lock up the scooters right in front of my face. The implication was crystal clear and incredibly insulting: they treated me like a thief just for asking questions. Treating paying customers with immediate, unprovoked suspicion is profiling, plain and simple. It is hostile, deeply disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. If you want to be treated with basic human decency and respect, do not spend your money here. Management needs to seriously address the biases of their staff and check their security footage from today to see exactly how they alienate people. Avoid this place.
