Rafael was superb!!! I found this beautiful dodge durango. Grey , leather seats, low miles, TVs, very good low monthly payment! I came in apprehensive. I did not think I was gonna get approved! He was very friendly, and humble. He cared about how concerned I was with getting a good vehicle! Thank you Rafael!!!!
Beautiful car but this place is full of crooks!! They sold me this Benz and the AC went out 2 days later.. I rode around for 2 weeks in Florida 99 degree weather before it was “Replaced “ my Ac went out yet again 3 weeks later.. how?? Because it was obviously rigged up and never replaced with a new part.. They refused to provide proof and they are now refusing to fix it.. Told me I can take my warranty else where but when I contacted the claims department I was told Ac wasn’t covered under my warranty!!! What is really going on? I would never recommend this place to anyone . Trash staff, terrible customer service.. SCAMMERS!!
Marcos was very attentive and knowledgeable He explain all the details. Financing was a breeze and the best part he spoke in Spanish that made me feel welcome and at home. If you are looking for a good reliable vehicle, Marcos is your man.
