  BEWARE: They took advantage of a young naive girl who came in alone looking to finance a car thinking this place would be honest. This place sold me a car that got a check engine light a couple days after taking it home. I called them and let them know, they said bring it in. The guy there with the office in the back who sold it to me (I don’t remember his name because it was a weird name and he’s insignificant to me now but he was Mediterranean or something light skin and BALD HEADED!) had them “check it” but all they did was erase the code so it wouldn’t show up anymore. Then he calls me outside to tell me there’s nothing there. I’m like what the heck? I swear it was lit up when I got here. And of course a couple days later the check engine light came back on! I didn’t know that trick where you could erase it cause I was young and naive but now I know! And they did that because they only give you like 5-7 days to return it if something is wrong with it. Of course My days were up by the time I realized what happened and it was too late to return or exchange it. Low and behold, a month later I find out I need a new transmission!!!! When I called them to ask what could we work out, the receptionist there wouldn’t let me speak to the sales guy and she was being completely rude! Basically telling me it was my problem and not theirs. They were so nice and welcoming before I signed and after they had me hooked into a contract they wanted nothing to do with me except when it was time to receive my car note payment on time every month! Thankfully God is good and I got in a wreck a year later and the other driver was at fault and I was injured (but not seriously) so I received a settlement and it was enough money to pay off the remaining balance to that stupid car and it freed me off these scammers and their contract! GOOD RIDDANCE! I’m sure I will receive a retaliatory comment from them soon just like everyone else who’s left a bad review. Which just shows how unprofessional and ghetto they are. I’ve never seen any company ever respond to the negative reviews on Google the way they have! It’s really embarrassing to witness actually. And they better not use their old tired response saying my name isn’t in their records and we never did business because I will post pictures of my ID and contract with them and the text message proofs and the sales bill from the mechanic after installation of the new transmission!!! And it will show that I didn’t have the car very long before I needed the transmission replaced!

  The customer service is great. We arrived at 5pm and they were supposed to close at 7pm but we closed our car deal at 10pm, we really appreciate the help and time they took to help us look for a good car. Great service from all employees and owner. :)

  Came into DriveNow Autohaus with my future mother in love to help her look for a car. The overall experience was amazing and the entire team were super professional from beginning to end. A huge shoutout to Hazy, Paula and Brenda for walking us through each step of the process. My mother in love is driving away with the vehicle of her choice for an amazing price!! Hazy is indeed the man with my numbers and we appreciate all his help and guidance!! I’ll be recommending them to any of my friends and family who plan to purchase a vehicle in the future. The coffee was also very good… nice touch :-) Great job guys!!
