  • They fake until they make it. My experience buying a 2013 Fiat 500 at Pro Garage, Hollywood, FL I purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 from Pro Garage on October 25th, 2025. The advertised price of the car was $3,998.25. But after adding taxes, “pre-delivery fees,” electronic transfer fees, and other charges, the final amount I paid was: $6,070.01 A difference of more than $2,000 in extra charges — added at the last minute. I should have taken this as the first red flag. ⸻ 1. The car was NOT safe to drive Right after signing the contract, I walked outside, turned the car on, and the tire pressure warning light came on immediately. The salesman brushed it off as “normal.” Minutes later on I-95, the car began shaking and vibrating. A few days later, a diagnostic revealed: $8,889.95 in hidden mechanical problems on a car I had owned for less than a week. ⸻ 2. More warning lights and problems After that, more alerts appeared: • Tire pressure • Check engine • System error messages I began to experience anxiety and panic attacks because the car was becoming unsafe and unpredictable. ⸻ 3. Inappropriate behavior from the finance employee On November 7th, I spent 2–3 hours with the finance employee while they “checked” the car. During that time he made inappropriate personal comments, saying I “needed a man” and “needed a macho.” At one moment, he opened his arms for a hug. I only hugged him back because I was overwhelmed, vulnerable, scared to refuse, and emotionally fragile due to everything happening with the car. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable from a dealership employee. ⸻ 4. They kept my car for hours and did NOTHING On November 11th, I brought the car at 10 AM as requested. They kept it until nearly 3 PM and did not diagnose or repair anything. They offered NO solution. ⸻ 5. Fiat Palmetto — not Pro Garage — finally fixed the car On November 15th — my birthday, I left the car at Fiat Palmetto. My birthday was ruined by stress, panic attacks, and the constant problems caused by this dealership. Fiat Palmetto treated me with honesty and finally repaired the car: 🔧 I paid $2,604.33 (and there is still one more part left to be installed). At least the car is now SAFE — something Pro Garage never provided. ⸻ 6. And during all of this, I still had to pay for the car Even while dealing with hidden problems, panic attacks, wasted time, and inappropriate behavior, I still had to continue paying for this vehicle — a car that was unsafe from day one. ⸻ ❗️ My honest recommendation: Avoid this place at all costs. They inflated the price with hidden fees, sold me a car with major undisclosed issues, ignored warning signs, never helped, wasted my time, and allowed inappropriate behavior from an employee while I was vulnerable. They fake until they make it — and meanwhile, the customer pays for their lies.

  • After my 18-year-old son was involved in two accidents that left both of my cars totaled in less than three months, I was determined not to overspend on another vehicle. I found an online listing for a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport at Pro Garage in Hollywood, and honestly, I was skeptical — deals that look too good to be true usually come with hidden fees or high-pressure upselling. I went in prepared to negotiate hard, but to my surprise, it wasn’t necessary. Laureano greeted me and immediately impressed me with his honesty and integrity. There was absolutely no haggling, no hidden fees, and no push to buy something more expensive. In fact, I ended up getting an even better deal than what was advertised. Isabel handled all the paperwork and tags quickly and efficiently, making the process smooth from start to finish. Despite both Laureano and Isabel being native Spanish speakers, they took the time to communicate clearly with me and were incredibly patient with my limited Spanish — their English was certainly better than my Spanish! I’m not an easy customer to please, especially when it comes to big purchases like a car. But I left with absolutely no buyer’s remorse and complete confidence in my decision. More used car dealerships in South Florida should follow Pro Garage’s example. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hassle-free car buying experience.   • I purchased a 2017 Chevy sonic in April and by September the engine was done. The car had a constant leak which left me on the side of the road plenty times from it overheating and smoking. I had to repair the radiator, spark plugs and battery within 2 months. It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! I chose to finance so I’m still responsible to pay for this LEMON. There is only 30 day warranty and after that your own your own.. I let them know what has went on these past few months and was told there’s nothing they can do. I ended up selling the car to CarMax, had to do a settlement and now without a vehicle at all. PLEASEEEEE DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE !! There are plenty of other places to go.
