  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! READ THE REVIEWS!! The few good ones are obviously paid for. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pro Garage and would strongly caution anyone considering buying a car from them. From the very beginning, I felt misled throughout the entire process. The advertised price was not the actual final price, and several representations made about the vehicle turned out to be inaccurate. I purchased a FIAT 500 Abarth (VIN 3C3CFFFH8FT750614), and after taking it home, I discovered multiple issues that were never disclosed to me. FIAT of Weston basically stated that the engine and transmission had been rebuilt just enough to last a few hundred miles. I was told the suspension had been replaced, which was not true. The car shakes badly, and although they claimed it was due to unbalanced wheels, the reality is that the front end is bent. I was also told certain missing parts, like the armrests, would be included, but they were not. By the way, less than 12 hour later, car is back online with a higher price, ready to get someone else SCAMMEDThe “warranty” that was discussed during the sale process also “disappeared” at the time of signing the documents, and to make matters worse, the car was delivered filthy and clearly not properly prepared. The Finance Manager, JC (Juan Carlos), was the worst person to deal with, and it was obvious from the start that honesty was not part of his vocabulary. In my experience, many of the promises and explanations given during financing and delivery either changed later or were never honored. The sales guy and others involved in the sale were also part of the same overall experience. They all seemed to know exactly what they were doing to people, and they did not care, which left me feeling like honesty and transparency were not priorities at this dealership. A few days after the purchase, the vehicle was repossessed due to a payment issue involving the credit card transaction. During that process, personal belongings were inside the vehicle, including cash, documents, and cards. The $800 in cash was stolen, but according to them, it was the tow truck driver—how convenient. The entire situation became extremely stressful and frustrating but i was able to file a Police Report. I ended up losing the $2,000 deposit, $800 stolen from my wallet, and about another $1,500 spent fixing and replacing a few parts on the car—not even counting the $3,800 estimate from FIAT to repair some of the other issues. At the end of the day, the repossession and credit card issues were a blessing in disguise. Yes, I lost money, but keeping that car would have been even worse. After reading other reviews more carefully afterward, I realized many customers described very similar experiences and repeatedly warned people not to buy from this dealership. I truly wish I had paid closer attention before making my purchase. Overall, this was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've had, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest or transparent transaction. This place is a complete scam.   After my 18-year-old son was involved in two accidents that left both of my cars totaled in less than three months, I was determined not to overspend on another vehicle. I found an online listing for a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport at Pro Garage in Hollywood, and honestly, I was skeptical — deals that look too good to be true usually come with hidden fees or high-pressure upselling. I went in prepared to negotiate hard, but to my surprise, it wasn’t necessary. Laureano greeted me and immediately impressed me with his honesty and integrity. There was absolutely no haggling, no hidden fees, and no push to buy something more expensive. In fact, I ended up getting an even better deal than what was advertised. Isabel handled all the paperwork and tags quickly and efficiently, making the process smooth from start to finish. Despite both Laureano and Isabel being native Spanish speakers, they took the time to communicate clearly with me and were incredibly patient with my limited Spanish — their English was certainly better than my Spanish! I’m not an easy customer to please, especially when it comes to big purchases like a car. But I left with absolutely no buyer’s remorse and complete confidence in my decision. More used car dealerships in South Florida should follow Pro Garage’s example. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hassle-free car buying experience.   I purchased a 2017 Chevy sonic in April and by September the engine was done. The car had a constant leak which left me on the side of the road plenty times from it overheating and smoking. I had to repair the radiator, spark plugs and battery within 2 months. It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! I chose to finance so I’m still responsible to pay for this LEMON. There is only 30 day warranty and after that your own your own.. I let them know what has went on these past few months and was told there’s nothing they can do. I ended up selling the car to CarMax, had to do a settlement and now without a vehicle at all. PLEASEEEEE DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE !! There are plenty of other places to go.
