I had an excellent experience working with Saw at Certified Mercedes Benz & Beemer. From start to finish, she was incredibly accommodating, outgoing, and genuinely easy to work with. What really stood out to me was her follow-through—everything she said she would do, she delivered on without hesitation. The dealership itself goes above and beyond. Not only did I get a great vehicle, but they also included a lifetime warranty on the window tint, which is a huge plus. On top of that, the car was ceramic coated, giving it that extra level of protection and finish right off the lot. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most professional car-buying experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Saw and Certified Mercedes Benz & Beemer to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and top-tier service.
I have to say that the experience I had with this dealership and my sales consultant “Michel James “ was second to none. They made the purchase of my 2016 Porsche Cayman a simple and easy process. From my requests for additional information and photos, all responded to in a timely and detailed manner, to the contract signing online and ease of closing. All I had to do was come to the dealership and pick it up. Michel came and picked me up from my hotel. I highly recommend Michel and this team /dealership , as this has been the best experience buying a car that I can remember.
Jason and Claudio were both a huge help in assisting me with purchasing my car. The process was very smooth and easy. Jason was not pushy at all and I never felt pressured to purchase. Overall the business is run very professionally and will definitely be the first place I look for my next car purchase.
