  Love this place! My father raves about it constantly and finally visited the south valley location which is full of everything you would need. My friend and I have been endlessly been searching for a couch for over a month with no luck on what we’ve been looking for. Butttt our girl Brenda, omg a life saver! We saw a couch that was exactly what we’ve been looking for but there was no cord for the couch to make sure the reclining part worked which was out biggest worry being no return. She helped us find a cord in store to plug it in and make sure it worked so we felt comfortable making the final purchase. She ensured it was brand new out of the box and would be easy to clean the little scuffs from it sitting in the store. Brenda absolutely did everything in her power to help us out and make sure we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable making out purchase! We love Brenda, give her a promotion, she’s the best sales girl perioddddd. Snaps for Brenda!!! 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

  This place is awesome! This is definitely the spot for great deals. Their inventory is always a treasure hunt, as incoming inventory is stocked daily. They even go out of their way to offer a small return window unless stated otherwise. Customer service is great. Angie, Melina, and Brenda are always super helpful.

  The “cashier”was very VERY rude. We walked in and had a question about a chair and she ignored us and when we asked again, rolled her eyes and gave us the price. We walked around and really liked a recliner so we walked back to the front to get a price since there was no tag. Again, we asked her for help and she said “go ask him, I’m busy right now” in a really annoyed tone, which we totally understand, if you’re busy, you’re busy, but there’s definitely ways to say things politely. The employee that helped us was super nice and very patient with us. He answered all of our questions and when he didn’t know something he gladly called his boss to ask. While we were waiting to get a price check, the cashier kept giving dirty looks to other customers in the store as well. We were ready to check out and we stood at the register and the girl just kept putting stuff away like we hadn’t already been waiting. We left our items at the register and left. Super bad experience.
