  It was a wonderful experience working with Supreme Motors. Both Matt and Derrick were very helpful during the test drive and throughout the purchasing process. Although the car initially had a few issues, I communicated my concerns and Mr. Derrick was excellent with the communication. They addressed the problem promptly, and Mr. Matt personally handled the matter to ensure everything was fully resolved. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership. Their inventory is well stocked with Toyota and Honda vehicles, all offered at reasonable prices.

  I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Supreme Motors on April 1 and was very happy at first but now I am so disappointed that I have needed to get the Commonwealth of Virginia involved. On April 29th I stopped by the dealership because I had not gotten my Tags Registration or Title from the DMV and stopped by the DMV and they told me they had no record of me purchasing the car. I stopped by the dealership and the salesman gave me a second 30 day plate. He reviewed my paperwork and verified I paid for the car all taxes and all fees including the DMV fees. He said the DMV was running behind and he was sure I would get everything soon. After about two weeks I took more time off of work and spent my day at the DMV again only to be told that the car was titled in another state and they had no record of transfer. The woman at the DMV did check to see if the car was stolen (it was not). I went back to the dealership and once again there was no manager on site but the salesman wrote him a note asking him to call me and explained that I paid in full and still didn't have any or the needed documents. Of course I never got a call. So I later called the dealership and left a message and my call was not returned. Yesterday I went back to the dealership and the manager was not there again the salesman franticly called him because I mentioned that I would be calling the Attorney General if I did not get my documents and plates. He told me I would hear back from the manager today and of course I never got a call and I even left another message. Soft the time of writing this I will have an unregistered car that I paid for and can't get any of the ownership documents for because the manager doesn't do his job. I must say I am very disappointed with this company. BTW I did get the emissions test as required to register the car so if the dealers that was the hold up they lie...
