  • Matt and everyone I met at Supreme Motors were friendly and welcoming. In October of 24, I drove several hours to get there to look at a Toyota Camry. Matt offered to let me take it for a test drive which I did and the vehicle ran great so I purchased it. I have been very happy with the Camry. The guys who delivered it to me a few days later were also very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I have been recommending Supreme Motors to friends of mine who are looking for a good vehicle because my experience there was so positive. I greatly appreciate and highly recommend Supreme Motors!

  • I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on August ‘24 It’s now September ‘25 , and I’m still dealing with major issues. While I understand the vehicle was sold as-is unless covered by a pre-existing warranty, the amount of failure I’ve experienced is absolutely unacceptable. Just under a month after purchase, I faced a $1,200 repair bill that my extended warranty didn’t cover. Since then, I’ve replaced parts in the coolant system four times, had the brakes and rotors replaced within three months, and experienced two transmission failures (only one was covered). Now I’m left without a working vehicle, and the mechanic is recommending a complete engine replacement. The staff at this dealership offer nothing but excuses and scripted responses. There’s been no accountability, no support, and no genuine effort to help resolve anything. Please do your research and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Horrible customer service. Horrible vehicle quality. Horrible overall experience.

  • Worst car shopping experience I’ve ever had. The 1st guy I talked to was completely normal, the manager ruined it. I didn’t give 1 star is because of that initial salesman, who let me test drive several cars, all variations of the same vehicle mind you. Each one drove like it’d been fixed by Matilda’s dad. The manager interrupted just before the final test drive, demanding that be the last. When I FINALLY found a car that drove decent enough, the interior was torn to shreds & the manager wasn’t willing to haggle a fair price for it. Not even the processing fees when paying LITERAL cash. The manager tried to appeal to me using his family, kid, fiancé. When he told me I should’ve been a lawyer and asked me to leave so he could talk to the person I brought with me, it was clear this was not someone I was willing to give any money to & left feeling sorry for the 1st guy I talked to for having to deal with his boss…
