I had an excellent experience with Concierge Auto Group from start to finish. Everyone I worked with--from the sales team to the finance department--was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. I live about two hours away, so I was a bit hesitant at first, but they went above and beyond by sending me extra photos of the truck and answering every question I had in detail before I made the drive. That level of transparency really gave me confidence. When I arrived, everything was exactly as described--and it turned out to be the perfect fit, so I ended up purchasing the truck. They even put four brand-new tires on it and made sure everything was in great condition before I drove off. For added peace of mind, I also picked up a third-party warranty, which they helped explain clearly without any oressure. Overall, it was a smooth, honest, and stress-free buying experience. I highly recommend Concierge Auto Group to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Great people and outstanding service!
I came in super frustrasted thinking I wont be able to get approved on a vehicle. Andre was kind and helpful and let me test drive my options, and then took me in and got me approved! I havent been this happy in a long time and i couldn't do it without the help of Concierge auto group. They really put the concierge in Concierge auto group
i called to see if a car was available & to see if i could test drive it. the guy on the phone told me “are you going to test drive it and buy it or test drive it and go home? if you are just going to test drive it and no buy it we are a sales center we don’t let people just test drive cars here. you can go to the actual dealer of the car to test drive it.” i am in the market for a specific car that you guys listed not a car at the actual dealer. i’m not sure if that’s your definition of customer service or a sales tactic but that sure isn’t my definition of customer service. you guys will not be getting my business.
