These devices are final sale so you better make sure you have no buyers remorse with the device you purchase.

  This is such a great Store! I called around to have my iPhone fixed because the lightning port was not working. Platinum tech was not only the cheapest but the most honest company I have come across in a long long time. I brought my phone in and the owner Betsy said it most likely just needed to be cleaned out rather than replaced. She spent 15mins cleaning my lightning port and guess what..... It worked! She then said there was no charge! What! I could not allow myself to not pay, so gave $20 for her time and help. This is truly and honest and awesome business that needs to be acknowledged. Please, please go and use this company and give your support to a small local business. Thanks Betsy for your help and service. You are a Great Local Phoenix business and I hope all the best and will always come to you with my cellular phone needs.
