  • This is my first experience using a pawn shop. The staff her was very friendly, polite and very helpfull. I was able to get lones and the process was thuroughly explained. I was treated fairly and they were honest about the valuess of some items that i could do better if i sold them myself. They were extreamly patient and help whos infront of them first.

  • I was in a tough spot financially and had never pawned anything in my life. Jim, and Angela made me feel secure and treated me with respect and courtesy. It was like I had known them for years. Fantastic customer service and a very fun environment. When I returned to get my items Bobby and Angela walked me through everything step by step. I will definitely be returning when I'm ready to purchase my next firearm. Thank you so much!!

  • Very friendly and compassionate people. The day I went in, I happened to mention that I just wanted to get groceries with the loan and some gas to get me through to my next check. He stated to me that there was some farmer that he's working with, and they had these like three fifty pound bags of potatoes, and he told me to go and take as many as I needed... I only took four... but wow!! Talk about gaining loyalty!
