I truly felt that one star was way too much. We stopped today circled around the parking lot twice. We were looking at two cars and we waited forever for somebody to come outside and they never did we were getting ready to leave and the lady finally opened the door (actually she hung out the door) says hey what are you looking at and I said how much is this car she said $10,000 because it's a 2017 and I was like ok well she walks back inside. That place is garbage maybe she needs a different job or maybe they need a different salesperson. Was she the owner I don't know, was she a worker I don't know, but she was dumb period! I had cash in hand and because of her behavior I will refuse to give them my money. I decided not to shop there. If you don't like your job get a new one.
What a wonderful car-buying experience! Sam was friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Transaction was super quick. Test drove the car, handled all paperwork and drove away in under 2 hours. National Auto Credit is definitely the best used car dealer I've ever dealt with. (Received the title in less than 2 weeks.) I have never purchased from here but please have any vehicle you consider inspected thoroughly by a trusted mechanic. I know they have a vehicle which I had traded in to a different dealer because it was deemed unsafe to drive and more to fix than it was worth. This dealer is also asking for 9 times what I got for trade in.
