  • Vancouver Toyota was courteous and engaged when I was considering buying my truck. The salesperson Donnie was helpful during the transaction. Financing was efficient and competitive with my extended service contract. Customer service post sales follow up was exceptional. I called Donnie after I drove the truck home with a request for a clutch and an e-brake adjustment. Donnie was great issuing the appropriate work order and letting me know I would receive a call from Vancouver Toyota's service department to get the work done within the next two days. After a week with no response from the service department and difficulty connecting with someone who knew what was going on in the service department I arranged for the adjustments to be done at my local mechanics to the tune of 140 dollars. The good news is that after reading this review Lori from customer satisfaction reached out to me and after we talked submitted a request to the sales team at Vancouver Toyota that I be reimbursed for the full amount of my out of pocket expenses. The same day that Lori called me back and notified me that I would be receiving a reimbursement check for my full out pocket amount. Vancouver Toyota was impressive in their sensitivity to my situation and their interest in making it right. I highly recommend Vancouver Toyota. Thank you Lori and the whole team!!

  • It’s 1 star for this place but 1 employee definitely deserves to get 5. I’ll explain later. I've had multiple frustrating experiences with Toyota Vancouver, and I feel it's time to share my thoughts. While I initially trusted their service, repeated mistakes have made it difficult to continue relying on them. 1. **Negligence in Basic Maintenance:** After an oil change, they failed to fully tighten the oil cap, causing unnecessary hassle. And I had to deal with their insurance to solve the issue. 2. **Careless Damage:** They broke my antenna, though they did reimburse the cost—still, this was an avoidable mistake. 3. **Poor Inventory Management:** They kept my car for a full day because they didn’t have the necessary brake pads in stock. This forced me to cancel multiple personal appointments, which was incredibly inconvenient. Despite these issues, I want to acknowledge one highlight of my experience—Melina, an outstanding service advisor. Her expertise, professionalism, and excellent customer service stand in stark contrast to the dealership's overall shortcomings. If there's any reason to return, it would be because of her dedication, skills, and competencies Unfortunately, my overall experience with Toyota Vancouver has been disappointing. I hope they improve their attention to detail and customer care moving forward. ** In response to Toyota’s comment** Yes I have been informed when I brought my car over that it will take until 1pm. But not when I initially setup the appointment. And no at any time I have not been informed about the setup with regards of the heavy duty beak pads. And my car was given back to me at 4:30pm.

  • Angela assisted me with getting the best price over the phone. When I got to the dealership Christopher assisted me with test driving the vehicle and filling out some paperwork. Everett in the finance department was awesome Didn’t pressure me on buying unnecessary warranty’s. Unlike other dealers where they pressure you to buy unnecessary warranty’s. The process was so fast. The best experience I’ve had when buying a vehicle.
