I just had an absolutely awesome experience buying my new Prius at McCord’s Toyota in Vancouver. The customer service was great, the process was super easy, and everything just felt smooth from start to finish. Enver helped me out on the sales side, and he was fantastic. He actually listened to what I wanted and only showed me what I asked about, no gimmicks, no pressure, no upselling. Once I drove the Prius, I knew it was the one. Even when we talked numbers, I never felt pushed. They worked hard to get me the lowest price possible, and I left feeling really good about the deal I got. Financing was just as awesome. Skyler was super personable, quick, and really went to bat for me. He made sure I got the best rate he could find and didn’t try to upsell me on any of those extra packages. It was all straightforward and respectful. The whole time, I felt like I actually mattered to them, not just another sale. If you’re looking for your next Toyota, I’d definitely recommend stopping here. These folks are rad.
The sales person Patrick was easy to deal with as far as working out the deal for the vehicle and putting me in contact with the service department. Now… on to the service area. Appointment scheduled for 11/17/25 to have car looked at (purchased car cash 11/07/25). BMW dealer fixed recalled issue 11/10/25 and noted sensor malfunction and front right bushings and 4 wheel alignment. I advised Vancouver Toyota and they fixed the sensors and did alignment, then claimed that the bushings was fine. During this whole time they had the car for 4 days and I advised them that the left rear rotor had a crack in it and they said no crack and it’s just where the brake pad sat while car was on lot and it would go away the more I drive it. Took the car drove it and while breaking you could feel the vibration because the rotors are bad and should have been replaced. I followed up with Austin the service person and he said oh he will get back to me with a quote… my response was quote!!! I expect it to be fixed as good faith and I’m still waiting to hear from him. I also advised him that the right kidney grille on the car was busted and never got a response. I bought new kidney grille and while getting it replaced discovered that the car may have been in a accident because the bumper is cracked. They gave me car history report that stated no accident. I discovered this part on thanksgiving morning and so will be bringing it to their attention as soon as they are open for business. See pictures. I probably won’t recommend this dealership to anyone unless they are able to make this right. Selling a car that has been damaged and not servicing it properly. It wasn’t detailed properly when I picked it up either. So all around just not a great experience. Updated 12/7/2025 I made contact with Lori and she then put me in contact with the used car sales manager Bryan Gregg and he got back to me right away. It was very easy to deal with him from start to finish. No run around. My rotors and disc pads were all replaced and the crack in the bumper fixed. The rotors I’m certain of, however I just have to take their word on what I can’t visually see. I have faith that they would not say that they fixed something and in actuality they didn’t. Bryan made sure that I had a loaner while my car was in the shop this time around which was great because the first time they had it for four days I wasn’t offered a loaner. Anyways I’m very pleased with the outcome and that’s my reason for now giving 4 stars. Hope this helps someone else to make sure that you never get taken advantage of by any business. Stand your ground and get your facts and present it to the right party.
Traded in our three 2020 Tacoma in for $31,500 each. We bought them new from Toyota Vancouver in 2020 for $32,250 each. We only lost $750 on our trucks in 5 years, and put 65k miles on them. Can’t believe the resale value on these trucks. We’re excited for our three new 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD. Service was amazing in 2020, and it was the same service 5 years later.
