Much to my surprise, despite them being closed, I received an immediate reply from Sammy and started a conversation in which he patiently answered every one of my questions. Sammy took the time to send me dozens of additional photos and videos of the car along with the CarFax report. He also took the time to talk through pricing and financing with full transparency. He even worked out shipping the vehicle, since I am out of state. By the time we were finished, I got the car of my dreams and made a new friend. I've purchased dozens of cars and worked with many different salespeople, but Sammy with Carz Planet broke the mold. He was honest, authentic, and knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
