My experience was a 10/10. I initially looked at another vehicle but decided to go with something more me. They answered any questions I had and were 1000% honest with me about everything. They didn’t up-charge me because I’m a woman & even gave a great deal! My process was so smooth and I appreciate them so much!!! I had an awesome experience at Carz Planet. I purchased a 2013 Lexus GS 350 that was exactly what I was looking for all wheel drive, mint condition, and only 70,000 miles. The car was even better in person than expected. The showroom itself is impressive—I still don’t know how they manage to fit all those trucks inside so perfectly. The entire Carz Planet team was welcoming, professional, and super efficient. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour, which made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to buy my truck. Highly recommend!
